  • IT Strategy and Advisory Services. Your virtual Chief Technology Officer (vCTO), ever cognisant of your company’s position and needs, will devise the most appropriate strategies for cloud services and distributed workforce enablement.

Managed Service Provider Model: Includes a NOC provisioned tool-reliant remote support service, costed per device per service. A technician is sent to site at client request if ticket not resolved after 20 mins on remote support – Call out charge applicable. IMCD (installation, Move, Change, Destroy) excluded.

Full SLA & Standby Service available – Cost to be negotiated.

Breakfix Model: Simply put, client logs a ticket, we fix the issue. The aimis an initial ticket resolution via the NOC, onsite only if necessary. A per Kilometre travel & per hour labour charge applies.

No SLA available, and this operates on a best effort service only. Standby Service available – Cost to be negotiated.

Bundled hours Model: This is a model that utilises the up front purchase of technician hours, client may then use as required.

Reduced SLA & Standby Service available – Cost to be negotiated.

Al a Carte Model: This model establishes a fully customised Service Delivery/Technician model, specific to client requirements. It includes – Minimum consumption requirement is between Full & Co-Managed Service Model.
